OUR STORY
Tatum DeBerry is the Owner and Founder of Mindful Billing Solutions. A Texas-based billing company serving healthcare providers across the United States. She is a Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and Behavioral Health Coding Certified through AAPC.
Mindful Billing Solutions was founded on October 7, 2024, in memory of Tatum’s beloved Gran, Linda, who passed away unexpectedly in September 2024. Her passing was a powerful reminder that life is too short to put your dreams on hold. Inspired to pursue her passion and create something meaningful, Tatum turned that realization into the foundation of Mindful Billing Solutions.
MBS provides comprehensive medical billing and revenue cycle management services to healthcare practices nationwide. The MBS team brings more than 70 years of combined experience across a wide range of specialties, including: Behavioral Health, Detox, RTC, PHP, IOP, Neuropsychological and Psychological Assessments, Family Practice, OB/GYN, Dental, Ophthalmology, Chiropractic, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Home Health, Anesthesiology, Orthopedics, and more.
